ROYAL MAIL SHIPPING DELAYS: Due to planned industrial action by Royal Mail there will be delays in receiving orders. We apologise for any inconvenience caused however we are unable to guarantee any delivery dates. Please visit the Royal Mail website for more information. Please be aware this will also affect any returned parcels and parcels to be reshipped.
BREXIT UPDATE: If the consignment value of your order is €22 or below, the order can be imported by your customer free of Import VAT and duties.
If the consignment value is above €22 but below €150, you will be liable to pay only Import VAT which will typically be collected by the courier, who will also generally hold the parcel until payment is made.
If the consignment is above €150, you will be liable to pay Import VAT and Duties, which will again be collected by the courier.
Q1. How can I contact you about my order?
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org about any queries you may have. We try to reply within 3 workings days, but please see if your question can be answered with our FAQ's before contacting us. In all messages please include the name, address and order number you have used to place the order.
Q2. How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes approximately 2-5 weeks dependant on your location as we are a small business, so we try our best to fulfill orders as quickly as we can. Also, there a major delays across the globe due to COVID restrictions. Therefore, fulfillment may take longer due to social distancing and shipping may take longer due to strict border controls. With this in mind we are unable to guarantee delivery by a certain date. We usually recommend to only contact us about your order not arriving after 30 DAYS of the dispatch date.
PLEASE NOTE: we do NOT offer next day delivery. Expedited delivery options refer to the service used after your order has been processed, produced and packed.
Q3. How can I track my order?
When your order is shipped (which is usually within 2 weeks) we send out a shipping confirmation email with your shipping courier and tracking number. If you do not receive an email after 14 working days of placing your order, then email us.
Q4. Why does my tracking number says n/a?
If you receive a tracking number which says n/a, then it usually means that you have not paid for tracked shipping (e.g. you used "Royal Mail Regular") so your order cannot be tracked, which is why we don't recommend using untracked shipping.
However, if you are from America and the courier being used is USPS, then you may receive n/a because your tracking number has not been provided by USPS yet, it can take up to 3 workings days to receive this. If this is the case then email us after 3 business days for an update and we can send you your tracking number.
Q5. Can I return/exchange an item?
We are unable to offer exchanges on orders however we are now accepting returns.
You can return your order within 2 weeks of receiving it - beyond this timeframe we will be unable to accept any returns.
If you wish to return your order please contact email@example.com for instructions and a returns code. Please be aware you will be responsible for the cost of return postage.
It can take up to 14 days for refunds to appear in your bank account.
Unfortunately we are unable to assist with any product quality issues after a month of receiving your order.
Q6. Can I cancel or amend my order?
As every tee and sweatshirt is made to order please send any requests immediately within 12 hours and we will try to action it before it is made and shipped. Please be aware we cannot always guarantee this.
You should receive a full refund within 10 working days.
Q7. Can I request an artist I would like?
Majority of our products come from customer requests. However, we urge you to not email or DM us with requests. Instead comment on our social media posts (TikTok @flavaclothing) as we read all our comments and it's easier to collect requests this way.
Q8. Why has my order been refunded?
On rare occasions your order may be cancelled and automatically refunded without being requested.
This is due to the shopping platform we use running automated audits to check for fraudulent activity. It will often check data such as billing and shipping details and attempted payments, for example, and flag them as high risk if discrepancies are found.
If this occurs, the order will automatically be cancelled and the payment will be refunded back to the original payment method.
Refunds can take up to 14 days to be credited back to the payment account.
